Professionalism

Exhale Massage maintains a professional environment and reserves  the right to terminate a session in the event of a client’s inappropriate behavior and payment for appointed service will be rendered in full. Therapeutic massage is strictly non-sexual. 
Modesty of our clients is always protected. Exhale Massage creates a very safe environment and gives attention to proper draping and appropriateness.

Confidentiality

Client information is kept strictly confidential. We respect your confidentiality and will not share client information with outside parties except when subpoenaed by a court of law.

Treatment times

Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. If you arrive late, it may not be possible to extend you treatment; it might run into the next client’s session.  We do build in time for intake forms and conversation updates. This will not cut into your "table time".

Cancellation

To make session times available for all clients, please give 24 hour notice for cancelled appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less notice is subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
However, special circumstances will be considered.

Payment & secure shopping

Cash, Checks & credit/debit cards are accepted at time of service in my studio.  Secure online gift card purchases are processed through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make an online gift card purchase.

Send a gift card to recipient

If you would like us to send the gift to someone else, please make a note in the "ADD GIFT MESSAGE" during checkout. Include the "To"  and "From" information and a message you would like to include. We will hand write this information on a card and include it with the certificate. Please remember to use the gift recipient's address in the "Shipping Address".

Insurance claims

Exhale Massage does not handle insurance forms, but will be glad to give you a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
