Professionalism

Exhale Massage maintains a professional environment and reserves the right to terminate a session in the event of a client’s inappropriate behavior, intoxication or sexual advances and payment for appointed service will be rendered in full. Therapeutic massage is strictly non-sexual.  Modesty of my clients is always protected. Exhale Massage creates a very safe environment and gives attention to proper draping and appropriateness.

Confidentiality

Client information is kept strictly confidential. Your therapist respects your confidentiality and will not share client information with outside parties.

Treatment Times

Please be prompt. Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. If you arrive late, it may not be possible to extend you treatment; it will run into the next client’s session.  If it is your FIRST appointment, please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out health history forms and to discuss concerns. See the "What to Expect" page.

Cancellation Policy

To make session times available for all clients, please give 24 hour advanced notice for cancelled appointments. A charge of half the session will be expected if given after the  24 hours.  However, special circumstances will be considered.

Forms of Payment

Credit Card, Cash and Checks are accepted. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of your appointment.  Payment is due at time of service.  There is a service fee of $25 for any returned checks.

Send a Gift Certificate to Someone Else

If you would like us to send the gift to someone else, please make a note in the "ADD GIFT MESSAGE" during checkout. Include the "To" and "From" information and a message you would like to include. We will handwrite this information a card and include it with the certificate. Please remember to use the gift recipient's address in the "Shipping Address".

Insurance Claims

Exhale Massage does not handle insurance forms, but will be glad to give you a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
