Your Therapist
I am blessed and grateful to have found the profession of bodywork. By giving and receiving massage, over the years, I have become a more balanced and centered person. Being a massage therapist enables me to continually grow, learn, give back and share with others the wonderful gifts you receive through bodywork.
I firmly believe that massage therapy, whether used alone as a preventative therapy or in conjunction with other forms of healing, can allow a person to progress to higher levels of well being. Massage gives the body a chance to release stress and pain and therefore will enable you to achieve better health.
Sincerely,
Monique Kennedy
